I have been on fruta planta for over a week now.. had to stop due to "flu like virus" for three days, and am now back on it. I was throwing up, so i was nervous it was due to the pill, but i've been back on for 2 days now and have been fine. I am in recovery for an ED, therefore do not weigh myself. I have however noticed a difference in my clothes. it has suppressed my appetite as well.
Side effects i've had:
Lightheaded/migraine (i suffer from migraines)
Mood irritabilty (angry and short tempered)
Constipation (i have bad IBS which makes it worse)
Insomnia (thank god finals are over)
I have had all of these side effects with many other diet pills ive tried as well, but so far, it seems to be working and i can tolerate these side effects.
Will post after another week or so to update.

PS- has anyone drank alcohol while being on this? just concerned about interactions

Are there any diet pills that sell in stores that work decently? I know this is a stupid question because I doubt there are, but I want to get something to hold me over until I can order Stimerex when I come back from vacation. I was thinking Zantrex but I have no idea because I always buy mine online, so I have no idea how anything works. I had my baby October 28th and I want to get rid of this yucky pooch and ick thighs that I got while being pregnant. I'm going bonkers!

So I was browsing through the community tags, and decided to read the one post tagged with "Topamax".
I'm on Topamax 100mg 2x/day.
The person commented on how it helped them binge less. I to have noticed that I binge less since I've been on Topamax.
I never thought of Topamax even being helpful in preventing binge eating.
Thought I should bring this up for anybody who may have serious bingeing issues.

Ok so I return with another question and some "herbs" I think thats what there classified as.
Question...
I was qoing through my email and this email adress " hosdfggrr1@fastsecurit41.com" invited me to this canadien pharmacy website. No scripts required, Do you guys think it's legit?
It's a bit expensive and not alot of stuff but I'm just curious.
I went to the Vitamine Shoppe(my in-store go to place for diet pills)

Quick question
This Fruta Planta sounds like really good stuff.
But I know close to nothing about it.
I'm interested in getting it but I wanna make sure I get the real stuff.
How do I tell the real from the fake?
Average cost?
Are there different versions?
Where can I find it?
I've only come across a "Detox colon cleanser" on ebay.
unfortunately I have ADD but the doctors found out about my weight issues before the ADD so they refuse to treat the ADD so searching the web for hours or even minutes to find out about this stuff is kind of impossible.
Thanks in advance for any help.

can anyone tell me the 'benchmark' of days that they started seeing weight loss by? i've only just started taking 'em, but i'm not being super strict with my diet or anything.. i mean, i'm not eating a whole lot, of course, but i didn't swear off carbs or anything of that nature, and i've had a beer or two.
Am i ruining it?

I'm on vacation so I don't have my measuring tape. I've lost a good amount of weight, I believe. My clothes fit better. It definitely does suppress my appetite. I'm not dropping weight as quickly as I'd like to but I think I should be happy because it's at a healthy amount. I feel like I lost more weight off my legs rather than my stomach for some reason. If my weight loss continues to be a noticeable next week, I'll order a second batch. Fruta Planta is a little slower than Lida but it works so I'm happy.

yeah, i've been taking fruta planta for a few days and have been very constipated. I'm not sure if the fruta planta is the reason though. anyone else get this side effect?
i don't even know if i lost any weight, i'm afraid to weigh myself because of this complication, haha. :X

I've been taking Fruta Planta for the last week and for the most part I've experienced the typical side effects that I've read about in other posts here. However, I've noticed this rash on my chest and stomach, it doesn't itch or anything and they're large-ish flat red blobs quite far apart. I haven't seen this mentioned by anyone else and was wondering if anyone had something similar?
I need to work out if I'm allergic or if it's something else entirely so please let me know!

Hi, well, I have a question for everyone, and I'm hoping that maybe someone else has had the same experience. My Dr refuses to prescribe diet pills due to some medication I take for bipolar.
Anyone else in the same boat when it comes to just using chemist's own type tablets?

I guess we should get the simple stuff out of the way first.
Age = 35
Height = 5"8
Current weight = 245LBS
Goal weight = 175LBS
I Need a little help, no... a lot of help, i was once very fit, i used to be a medic in the Army, never weighed more than around 12 stones....... now, i eat when down, once i start it turns into a binge then nothing with a calorific value is safe..
Tomorrow morning i will start anew, i have to lose as much as i can as quickly as i can, that way i will start to feel better as i see some results..
someone tell me the quickest way to lose some of this disgust bulk in the first few days
